About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Nail Technician (Independent Contractor) to provide professional nail services to residents in a clean, welcoming, and service-oriented environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality resident experience. This position is not a W-2 employee role and is not eligible for employee benefits.

Requirements

• Certificate from a Nail Technician or Cosmetology program
• Current, valid Virginia cosmetology or nail technician license
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and communication skills
• High attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
• Certificate of Insurance for professional liability
• Ability to purchase and maintain own supplies and tools
• Criminal History Record free of any convictions or pending charges
• Ability to work independently
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Prior professional nail salon experience preferred
