About The Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide a variety of individualized nail services and treatments, including hand and foot massage, manicure, pedicure, nail care and polish application Maintain up to date knowledge of nail care, maintenance and products Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members Communicate and describe salon offerings, including pricing, and their benefits Recommend and up-sell services and products that fit the guests’ needs Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy Maintain clean, organized work area whit adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products Perform other duties as assigned
