About The Position

eClerx is seeking a proactive and strategic SFMC Developer with Naehas software knowledge and ability to create Rules/configuration in software using JavaScript. This full-time, onsite role is for a large investment bank in the US. eClerx is a leading provider of productized services, offering business process management, automation, and analytics services to Fortune 2000 enterprises across various industries including financial services, communications, retail, fashion, media & entertainment, manufacturing, travel & leisure, and technology companies. Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Naehas, including configuration, rules setup, or campaign/offer management
• Working knowledge of JavaScript for scripting, customization, or platform configuration
• Exposure to campaign management, offer management, or customer engagement workflows
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Comfortable learning and working with new tools, integrations, and technologies
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with marketing or customer platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, or other marketing tools is a plus
• Exposure to data concepts such as segmentation, targeting, or personalization is helpful but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain dynamic content rules and templates in Naehas software using JavaScript.
• Develop and manage personalization logic, rules, and workflows to support customer communication strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and development teams to implement rule-driven personalization and regulatory disclosures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution and rule-based configurations.
• Provide technical documentation and user training for non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with best practices in SFMC, Naehas, and JavaScript customization
