About The Position

As a Summer Associate on the North America Client Group (NACG) Marketing team, you will play a key role in defining marketing strategies and tactics that meet our business objectives and driving execution for target audiences. The Marketing team is a dynamic, global function that leads critical cross-functional initiatives and creates conditions that maximize business outcomes. Their work spans client marketing, product marketing and marketing operations and includes campaign development, advertising, omni-channel communication, training content, investment and educational materials, value-add services, and events—supported by global centers of excellence in content strategy, research & analytics, and digital platforms. The Marketing team partners closely with sales and product leadership to deliver on business objectives and health of our brand across audiences. As a Marketing Summer Associate, you will perform one or more of the following tasks:

Requirements

  • You are a current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated Spring 2027 graduation date with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • You are a strong writer, copywriter, and editor, able to craft clear and compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • You are deeply knowledgeable about tactical marketing strategies and can execute effectively across channels.
  • You are skilled at building partnerships and collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.
  • You are an excellent communicator with an analytical mindset, able to evaluate campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
  • You are creative and passionate about developing innovative marketing approaches and engaging content.
  • You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and remaining solution-oriented when facing ambiguity.
  • You are committed to fostering an inclusive team environment and value diverse perspectives.
  • You are self-motivated and intellectually curious, always taking initiative and seeking new challenges.
  • You are skilled at presenting findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
  • You are highly organized and manage your time well, efficiently handling multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate integrated marketing strategies for select audiences or initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, product, digital and other partners across the organization.
  • Collaborate to deliver insights and thought leadership that resonates with our audiences.
  • Create and manage multi-channel content (web, social, email, video, audio) to support campaigns.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing performance, optimizing for ROI.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
