About The Position

As a summer associate, you will analyze and interpret internal and external data that provides decision support to senior management of North American Client Group (NACG) on business initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in identifying business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Requirements

You are a current student pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027.
A minimum 3.0 GPA is required.
You are proficient in business intelligence tools, data visualization, and reporting (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, SPSS, and web tools for data mining).
You are a strong analytical thinker and problem solver, able to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
You are an effective communicator, able to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
You are a collaborative team player, comfortable working across departments and with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to identify and document business requirements and data needs.
Develop and deliver a wide range of reports and analyses to support various departments and business groups in making business decisions and achieving their business plans.
Summarize analysis by organizing findings into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
Track and measure the success and effectiveness of various sales or marketing campaigns and programs.
Provide quantitative analysis of industry, customer, and market conditions to identify opportunities and gaps.
Create analytical models to support sales-generating business initiatives, including prospecting and retention
