You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of a large or several smaller projects. You will be instrumental in supporting the behavioral shifts required to implement and sustain new ways of working. How you will contribute You will: Develop the change management projects and framework and contribute to initiatives planning. Offer guidance and oversight to functional and HR stakeholders in setting up and delivering an appropriate change strategy. Identify and assess organizational impacts. Identify and deliver adequate interventions to support the behavioral shifts required to implement and sustain new ways of working. Use lessons learned from previous projects to improve future strategies Help define and design the strategic change and communication interventions needed to deliver successful and sustainable change Build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership and active coaching Provide tools to measure and monitor the effectiveness of change interventions through qualitative and quantitative measures Partner and collaborate with other change and transformation managers to integrate plans, ensure cohesive and consistent application and continuous improvements of the change approach` What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Managing complex change in a global corporate environment Managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders Exposure to best practices in change management Experience or direct exposure to best practice HR business leadership Training/instructional design experience .

Responsibilities
