About The Position

Introduction As part of our transition to a unified North America operating model within a globally aligned team, we are seeking a senior leader to serve as the Head of North America, Global Investment Operations (GI ‑ Ops). This highly visible role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the United States and Canada, ensuring excellence in delivery, alignment with global standards, and a strong connection to enterprise strategy. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Investment Operations, you will lead a team of approximately 30 colleagues and play a critical part in shaping how we deliver operational outcomes across the region. The Role – Key Responsibilities Lead daily Global Investment Operations activities across the US and Canada, ensuring consistent, high ‑ quality service aligned with global expectations. Serve as a senior member of the global GI ‑ Ops leadership team, contributing to strategy, operating model evolution, and major change initiatives. Provide leadership for ~30 colleagues in a matrixed global structure, ensuring strong performance and accountability. Strengthen global alignment by embedding consistent practices and proactive risk management. Lead operational readiness for new products, fund launches, and lifecycle events. Partner with client-facing teams to support pitches, onboarding, and key relationships. Build relationships with NA stakeholders to support business objectives. Champion continuous improvement and adoption of technology and AI. Ensure rigorous governance, controls, and regulatory compliance. Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability. Travel Requirements Regular travel within North America is required, with occasional global travel as needed. Qualifications Qualifications – Knowledge & Experience Extensive leadership experience in investment operations, asset management operations, or related fields. Experience leading multi-location or cross ‑ border teams. Deep understanding of operational processes supporting investment products, fund launches, and client onboarding. Demonstrated ability to align regional delivery with a global operating model. Experience delivering strategic operational change and efficiency gains. Strong understanding of operational risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks. Skills & Behaviors Inspirational leadership and ability to develop high ‑ performing teams.
