About The Position
We invite experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds and progressive visionaries together in our Atrium Health Community Care Primary Myers Park Internal Medicine location. Atrium Health has large ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Programs - Myers Park Internal Medicine is the primary academic training ground for ambulatory work for residents in our Charlotte-based Internal Medicine Program. This unique practice provides comprehensive care as a certified patient centered medical home primarily to a vulnerable patient population with both medical and social/economic complexities. Position Highlights: Full Time Opportunity Join team of 8 Faculty Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 54 Residents, and Staff Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Embedded care team support (RN Care Managers, MSWs, CHWs, Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietician, PharmDs) On site x-ray, lab, pharmacy & interpreter services Located less than 2 blocks from our main hospital, Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology
