Internal Medicine / Family Medicine APP – Naugatuck CT Full-Time | Direct Hire | Outpatient Primary Care About the Opportunity A respected regional healthcare organization in western Connecticut is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join its growing Internal Medicine / Family Medicine outpatient practices in Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton . These are full-time, direct hire roles supporting busy primary care clinics focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. The APPs will work closely with supervising physicians and an integrated clinical team, providing comprehensive primary care services including acute visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care for adult patients. Requirements

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligibility)
Experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred; strong new grads may be considered
Eligibility for Connecticut licensure and prescriptive authority
Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and commitment to patient-centered primary care
