About The Position

My Choice Employment Supervisor: Duties and Responsibilities Staff supervision and leadership Supervise, coach and evaluate employment staff Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and ongoing staff development Serve as a liaison between staff and Employment Services leadership regarding service planning, performance concerns, and operational needs Fill in for direct service shifts when needed to support continuity of services Program oversight and quality assurance Ensure employment services meet Hope Haven policies, state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and funding requirements Monitor service documentation, billing accuracy and compliance in systems such as Setworks and Dayforce Act as a mentor and resource for staff across assigned locations or service areas Employment Specialist – Direct Service You may be responsible for a limited caseload of individuals served, providing job development services Facilitate the employment components of individual service plans using person-centered, Employment First principles Complete required documentation accurately and timely in compliance with funding and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, business, education or related field OR commensurate experience
  • Demonstrates experience in employment services, supported employment or disability services
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, supervise staff and manage schedules.
  • Reliable personal vehicle and proof of state minimum insurance coverage.
  • Clearance from all applicable background checks as required by service standards
  • Valid drivers license, acceptable driving record and proof of insurance are required
