The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering team in support of safe, stable, and capable manufacturing operations. This role serves as an engineering leader accountable for systems, results, and organizational capability, while also acting as a strong operational partner within the plant. The Engineering Manager drives continuous improvement through Lean principles, data-driven decision making, and structured problem-solving. The role owns engineering project execution, capital procurement and ensures engineering standards and processes are robust and sustained. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast- paced manufacturing environment.
