About The Position

This position plays a key role in supporting the mission of Harvest by helping create Christ‑centered, engaging worship services through musical excellence and spiritual integrity. You will join the Worship Ministry team, which is dedicated to fostering a worship culture marked by humility, skill, unity, and a heart to serve the church. The role is designed to support corporate worship by executing musical parts with excellence, maintaining spiritual readiness, and contributing positively to team culture.

Requirements

Prior experience serving on a worship team or professional music experience preferred.
Training in voice, musicianship, or music theory is helpful but not required.
Strong musical proficiency in the primary instrument or vocal part.
Ability to follow click tracks, cues, and arrangements.
Familiarity with Planning Center and in‑ear monitor systems is helpful.
Demonstrates humility, teachability, and desire to grow.
Encouraging, collaborative, and committed to team unity.
Responsible, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
A committed follower of Jesus Christ.
Actively growing in spiritual disciplines.

Responsibilities

Execute assigned vocal/instrumental parts with accuracy in pitch, timing, tone, dynamics, and expression.
Internalize arrangements, cues, transitions, and service flow.
Follow the Worship Leader (WL) and Music Director (MD) cues consistently.
Review Planning Center materials before rehearsals and services.
Arrive on time and fully ready for all rehearsals and run‑throughs.
Maintain a reverent, engaging, and spiritually focused stage presence.
Support scripture readings, prayer moments, transitions, and congregation engagement.
Model humility, encouragement, and a team‑first posture.
Receive and apply coaching from leaders.
Participate in team prayer, devotionals, and spiritual formation moments.
Use click/track confidently when required.
Coordinate with the Production Team regarding monitor mixes, mic technique, placement, and equipment.
Maintain an organized and safe stage environment.
