Requirements

• A skilled musician with a deep love for God and a heart for serving others through music.
• Proficiency in leading and accompanying various musical styles, including traditional hymns and contemporary praise songs.
• Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork, able to blend seamlessly with the KCC Praise Team, Choir and other KCC praise and worship teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with fellow musicians and the congregation.
• A reliable and responsible individual with a positive attitude and a dedication to growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide accompaniment on the keyboard and/or organ for all worship gatherings, bringing energy and engagement to every encounter.
• Learn new material before rehearsals, work closely with the lead musician and band to prepare impactful musical arrangements, and share your creative gifts for special events.
• Keep equipment in top condition, monitor its state, and promptly communicate any repair or replacement needs to the lead musician.
• Honor scheduled rehearsal and worship service times, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to the worship experience.
