Music & Youth Pastor
About The Position
FSBC is in the unique ministry field of southern Utah. The different challenges also provide for different aspects of opportunity in ministry. A full time ministry position as part of the church staff to lead the Music and Youth ministry for our church. The Music ministry leader works along side the Pastor to coordinate and plan all aspects of corporate gatherings. The primary corporate gathering is on Sunday mornings. Leading the volunteer musicians, singers and tech people involved with Sunday morning. The Youth leader will help plan and implement discipleship for middle and high school students. Oversee and direct youth ministry volunteers for Bible Study, events, activities and retreats/camps. Both job descriptions can be adjusted to meet specific abilities and giftedness in the role of ministry. Full time salary and benefits are available. Experience preferred. Pay commensurate with experience and education. Training and further education provided as needed. Our church stands strong upon Scripture and Biblical values. It is a family based upon common values in the midst of a predominant culture that is different than historical Christianity.
