Provides comprehensive music therapy assessment and treatment plan for each client served. Conducts regular home or clinic-based individual and/or group music therapy sessions for clients on caseload. Consults and collaborates with family and team members in support of client needs. Plans programming for group sessions in collaboration with team members. Interacts with clients to demonstrate respect, acknowledgement of rights, and dignity at all times . Keeps abreast of current treatment technology, literature, practices, and regulations. Takes pride and ownership in Damar’s facilities a nd assigned work areas. Seeks the best use of materials, equipment, and staff to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Acts as a good steward of Damar and/or client finances.
