About The Position
Provide piano accompaniment and music direction for weekly Catholic and Protestant services and rehearsals (minimum two services and two rehearsals weekly). Direct music for up to 14 annual special services and 6 funeral/memorial services. Coordinate with chaplains for music selection and rehearsal scheduling. Recruit and train volunteer musicians. Submit music selections weekly and rehearsal schedules monthly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a worship music setting (Catholic or Protestant), with leadership preferred
- Skilled in piano accompaniment, music arrangement, and sight reading
- Ability to work respectfully in a diverse, interfaith environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
