Music Cafe Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Duties include but are not limited to coffee barista, cashiering and other tasks assigned in relation to food service operations. Must be able to handle a busy work environment, high stress situations, and constant activity while maintaining quick, friendly, and professional customer service. Great customer service should be your #1 priority on the job . Customer service experience in food or coffee is a plus but training will be provided. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be able to work Concessions for at least 3 Men’s Basketball games in the Fall. Summer availability strongly preferred. Barista experience preferred, however on the job training will be provided. Note: Employees are not allowed to accept tips. NOTE: Employment is contingent upon successful completion and receipt of satisfactory results of a background check, continued Live Scan monitoring, and Employment Misconduct Disclosure.
