Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with ordnance in support of DoW research, development, test, or evaluation
- Experience with ordnance engineering activities and advanced energetics technologies
- Experience in coordinating and planning with DoW, government, or industry activities for munitions or energetics systems research, development, testing, or application
- Knowledge of DoW munitions and energetics requirements, qualifications, and applications
- Knowledge of the issues affecting the U.S. energetics technology and production industrial base
- Ability to communicate information on the generation of munitions and energetics technology, including presentations, documentation, and content for senior-level government stakeholders
- Ability to work independently to develop recommended methodologies and approaches to resolving a strategic or tactical issue, consolidating government and industry perspectives, and presenting a recommended way forward
