About The Position

Founded in the early 2000s, we are a municipal law firm with 5 offices
throughout California. We represent public and private clients throughout
California in municipal law matters, including land use, public finance, CEQA,
labor and employment, housing, public works, cannabis regulation, public safety,
and related litigation.

Seeking a Municipal Attorney with 3+ years of experience for statewide municipal
advisory practice.

Requirements

• Municipal Law, public law
• Brown Act, CA Public Records Act, CEQA, Cortese Knox Hertzberg Act
• Land Use, housing, post redevelopment
• Elections
• Utility services, public works contracting
• Labor and employment
• 3+ years of experience
