This is a hands on maintenance position that will work closely with our Maintenance Teams at all 6 properties that we own and manage in Rochester. Requirements
- 6+ months experience in maintenance
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO, EPA or Boilers certification a plus but not required
