About The Position

SAIC is seeking qualified incumbents and external talent in a diverse array of Intelligence, Engineering, and Training fields and locations to support the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) contract.
Majority of the opportunities are at INSCOM Headquarters (HQ), Fort Belvoir, VA and at Fort Eisenhower, GA.

The core purpose of this Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Enterprise Task Order (TO) is to operationalize OSINT for the Department of the Army, mission partners, and for the Intelligence Community including defense, civilian, and partner nation intelligence organizations. Execution of this TO will inform and implement Army policy as well as provide access to, training for, and management and oversight of enterprise-approved OSINT capabilities for the Army and the broader Intelligence Community.
SAIC is seeking talented, qualified applicants in the following skills sets:
· Intelligence Collection and Analysis
· Data Science
· Cyber Engineering
· Instructional Systems Design
· Technical Training and Training Analysis
· Software Engineering (SharePoint, MSP PowerApps, and Application Development)
· Intelligence Planning, Policy, and Force Design

Requirements

• Education and years of experience will vary based on position and customer requirements
• Related experience in Intelligence Operations (OSINT is a plus) supporting Army elements
• Must be able to complete and pass a Drug Test as directed by INSCOM Contract requirements
• Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility is required for most positions
