About the role Support the day‑to‑day oversight of a complex U.S. multinational insurance portfolio, helping ensure work is delivered in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal standards. Assist with monitoring portfolio activity, performance, and compliance using data, reports, and defined metrics. Produce and maintain regular reporting to track trends, risks, and workload across onshore and offshore teams. Help identify variances, potential risks, and capacity issues, escalating items as needed to managers and leadership. Support governance and control processes, including documentation, quality checks, and audit readiness activities. Partner with internal teams to support alignment with multinational processes, operating models, and ways of working. Contribute to consistent execution of the multinational strategy through coordination, communication, and follow‑up. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, balancing reporting, governance activities, and stakeholder requests. How you will create an impact: Support governance and oversight activities for the U.S. Multinational portfolio, helping ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and audit requirements. Prepare and maintain recurring performance, compliance, and activity reports to support transparency and informed decision‑making. Monitor service delivery metrics and KPIs, flagging trends, risks, or performance issues for review and escalation. Assist with peer reviews and quality checks, including monitoring outputs from offshore or shared services teams. Support revenue forecasting activities by compiling data and helping track variances against plan. Partner with the North America Service Delivery Manager to support achievement of service level standards. Help track client and broker experience measures and support actions to improve service outcomes. Support risk awareness by helping document issues, controls, and remediation actions in collaboration with managers and ERM partners. Contribute to regular stakeholder updates by preparing materials, tracking actions, and following up on agreed next steps.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfort working with data, reports, and performance metrics, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience producing or maintaining reports, trackers, or dashboards to monitor activity and outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of governance, audit, or control processes, or willingness to learn and apply them consistently.
  • Ability to identify trends or issues and escalate them clearly and promptly.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when summarizing data or performance insights.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and shared service teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Outlook and Word.

Benefits

  • For positions based in New York City, the base salary range is $105,000 - $148,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
