About The Position

MOBIS Technical Center of North America is the Research & Development Center for Hyundai MOBIS, a Tier 1 supplier and an affiliate under Hyundai Motor Group. MOBIS produces and supplies a wide variety of automotive components to customers including component modules (chassis, cockpit and front-end module), core system, eco-friendly and DAS-mechatronics. Mobis delivers the design and development of advanced engineering, autonomous driving, infotainment, component modules, safety, brake and steering systems, lamp, ICS/electronics and software development solutions that consider the safety and convenience of our customers as well as the future.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Knowledge of Android OS/Linux OS is preferred.
Experience with OEM vehicle development projects is preferred (0-6 years).
Knowledge of in-vehicle multimedia related technologies including Bluetooth, Android Auto/Carplay, AM/FM/SXM, Telematics, CAN systems, Over-the-Air updates is preferred (0-6 years).
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
Ability to drive for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Analyze multimedia common complaints and field issues.
Manage small projects and technical resources, including planning, estimating, and follow-through.
Communicate effectively with core design team to improve overall system performance.
Create test plans based on specifications and standards and analyze test results.
Update software on all multimedia related controllers in vehicles.
Communicate with adjacent companies and teams to resolve complex issues that involve multiple stakeholders.
Be a team player.
Have great attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be reliable (with reliable mode of transportation.
