Position Summary: The onsite Multimedia Production Specialist at Ferguson’s Chico, CA studio supports photo, video, and audio production for social, CTV, web, and other marketing channels. This hands-on role serves on set as needed (grip, lighting, sound, or camera support), captures b-roll for ongoing activations, and collaborates with the creative team to deliver high-quality content. The position also manages product and warehouse operations—receiving and reconciling shipments, organizing and tracking set inventory, coordinating returns and reshipments, and safely moving materials (including forklift operation)—ensuring a seamless connection between studio production, logistics, and the broader business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multimedia, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience with multimedia content creation.
  • Competent in reviewing/writing creative briefs.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
  • Effective horizontal leader who can motivate the team and delegate work.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, Office 365 including SharePoint.

  • Workfront data management experience is preferred or related field.
  • Project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Multimedia content creation, including video, photography, audio, and postproduction supporting content for social media, CTV, websites, and other marketing channels.
  • Serve as on-set support as needed, including grip, lighting specialist, sound support, and/or additional camera operator for efficient content capture.
  • Capture photo, video and b-roll for future media use and ongoing website and marketing activations.
  • Intake, receive, and manage product deliveries for use in multimedia production sets.
  • Organize products by set within the warehouse to ensure efficient access and accurate tracking.
  • Obtain and maintain forklift certification to safely move large or palletized items between warehouse and production set spaces.
  • Restore and maintain accurate product inventory following set completion, including palletizing, staging, and coordinating donation of products not retained for re-use.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and support evolving content needs.
  • Accept and coordinate daily mail, shipments and deliveries at the warehouse.
  • Reconcile all received shipments with internal company databases and route for proper disposition (OMC and Trilogie).
  • Coordination with eBusiness Operations (Logistics, Returns, etc.) & the Sales Center for assisting in locating, re-routing and reshipping missing customer orders.
  • Receive customer returns, inspect for damage, log information, repackage, palletize, and reship.
  • Transfer of deliveries from 402 Otterson at least once per day delivered there in error.
  • Move objects that are 50 lbs. or more using equipment.
  • Move objects up to 50 lbs. or more by hand.
