Multimedia Content Specialist The Arizona Humane Society is seeking a full-time Multimedia Content Specialist based at our South Mountain and Papago Park campuses, working Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. After successfully completing a six-month onboarding period, this role will offer a hybrid schedule (two days remote and three days onsite). This position requires the ability to travel between AHS' three campuses and other external locations to capture content, with occasional filming before or after regular work hours and on weekends. If you're a talented content specialist looking for a meaningful and fulfilling career, we encourage you to keep reading and learn more about this opportunity. In this role, the Multimedia Content Specialist plays a key part in telling the stories of the Arizona Humane Society through engaging video, written, and audio content. On a typical day, you might research story ideas, coordinate filming logistics, and capture footage across AHS campuses or out in the field, sometimes documenting animal rescues or hospital intakes. You'll conduct interviews, gather compelling visuals, and collaborate with team members to ensure every story aligns with AHS' brand and communication goals. From concept to final delivery, you'll manage multiple projects at once, writing scripts, filming, editing, and producing content for social media, the website, internal communications, email campaigns, and digital ads. Along the way, you'll stay up to date on storytelling trends in animal welfare, work with internal teams and external partners, and maintain an organized workflow to keep projects moving smoothly and on deadline.
