Your Impact: In this role, you will be an integral part of the development and execution of Freddie Mac Multifamily securitization transactions and will be expected to: Support the facilitation and completion of structured transactions and securitizations Build a deep understanding of the accounting and legal due diligence processes, including asset summary reports Assist in the development and completion of transaction offering documents, term sheets, marketing materials, and reporting documents Perform ad hoc analysis Develop, implement and manage collateral databases, queries and reports that directly support the structured transactions function. Communicate daily with internal business partners, external professional service providers, and investors. The candidate will interact extensively with Production, Underwriting, Asset Management, and Legal, as well as external legal counsel, accountants, dealers, servicers, and investors.
