About The Position

Manage day-to-day operations within the 4 locations. Oversee store managers' work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines. Staff and oversee training of new managers. Meet regularly with store managers to provide critical feedback and encouragement. Supervise store managers in order to meet financial goals. Liaise with franchisee owner to coordinate and report on ongoing issues. Create and deliver reports to franchisee owner and maintain effective meeting notes. Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions.
