About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a GO-GETTER who can drive sales performance with proven results! We are looking for a go getter with a passion for fitness who will lead by example in sales and marketing. Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with 1500+ locations open world-wide! The General Manager is in charge of running all "front of house” fitness studio operations including driving sales, training and managing multiple units. Ideal applicants must be able to participate in 2 HIIT (high intensity interval training) sessions a week, be charismatic, outgoing, good with numbers, career driven, and, able to follow a proven success plan for career advancement. Must have Management Experience and Sales quota experience Essential Job Functions Manage multiple locations Lead staff and drive sales performance. Properly managing and exceeding all OTF sales and operational budgets Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach); promote on social media Planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems following corporate standards. Build and maintain OTF class size through scheduling optimization Assist in developing a high energy culture through contests and incentive based motivation Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example) Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth Ensure OTF branding through consistency of policy and procedures Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team Responsible for meeting performance metrics ( KPI's),and revenue Conduct sales staff meetings and attend all required webinars and corporate meetings. Manage client and staff concerns as well as the daily operations of a fast- paced fitness studio Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service Compliance and adherence to OTF Business Policies for daily studio operations

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership REQUIRED!
  • Management Experience REQUIRED!
  • MUST have experience managing multiple locations
  • Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
  • Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
  • Flexible to work opening shift, evening/closing shift and weekend hours
  • Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommended
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of management experience preferred
  • Fills in at studios who are short staffed
