A Multi-Unit Manager (MUM) is generally responsible for leading the overall operations for 5-8 Dunkin’ Donuts® and/or Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins ® combo restaurants, including recruiting hiring, onboarding, training, management development, managing budgets and ensuring Managers and Crew are delivering great guest service and executing applicable Brand standards and procedures in the restaurant You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin Donuts, not Dunkin Brands, Inc., Dunkin Donuts or any of their affiliates. Responsibilities
- Develops the store management team within the district to deliver exceptional guest service in all stores
- Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of operations within the district
- Reviews store environments and key business indicators within the district to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the store management team to take action and achieve operational goals
- Creates district implementation plans to support execution of regional and company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results
- Responsible for general Human Resource functions such as, but not limited to recruiting, hiring, conducting performance reviews, developing performance improvement plans, and professional development
- Utilizes existing tools to identify and prioritize communications and filters communications to the store management team within the district
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective operations at the store and district level
- Accesses external resources to support district-wide operations and to execute district and regional initiatives such as Human Resources, Marketing, Partner & Asset Protection, Finance, Real Estate, and Store Development
- Provide coaching and feedback to Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Managers regarding Brand standards, sales, marketing, and labor and food costs
- Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in district performance
