About The Position

Assess the stores in the area of their ability to exceed customer expectations
for ease of shopping, service, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and
regulatory compliance and take appropriate actions if necessary. Coach and
develop store management teams. Responsible for meeting and exceeding the area
and division sales and profit budgets. Demonstrate the company's core values of
