Requirements

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience (multi-site preferred)
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and performance metrics
• Proficiency with Yardi required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Nice To Haves

• Lease-up experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across three multifamily communities
• Lead, train, and support leasing and maintenance teams
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and property performance
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and customer service
• Oversee leasing activity, tours, and prospect follow-up
• Manage resident files, contracts, invoices, and documentation
• Coordinate maintenance workflows and ensure timely completion of work orders
