About The Position

Woodspear Properties is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in Loveland, Colorado. Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant multi-family property management experience, with a stable work history.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check, including credit, criminal, reference checks, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience with property management software such as Yardi, On-Site, or AvidXchange is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily activities of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all local regulations.
Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, address their inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive living environment.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the property, identifying any maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Lease Management: Negotiate and renew lease agreements, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and optimizing occupancy rates.
Financial Oversight: Manage rent collection, accounts payable, deposit accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Maintenance Management: Oversee the management of maintenance requests using a Yardi, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Legal Compliance: Work closely with the legal team to address any legal matters related to property management, including lease disputes or evictions.
