About The Position

Handles standard cash application transactions and customer account clearing activities in accordance with cash application procedure. Participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost effective service. Performs tasks in line with the written procedures under close supervision. Newly developing specific knowledge in one process General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Prepares payment batches and post to correct companies Applies payment and code correctly to ensure line item reconciliation Copies and codes large volumes of deductions Extracts bank account statements on a daily basis for cash application purposes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Should have baseline skills in BPO Process, BPO Technology, Commercial Control and Analytics
