Multi-Family Resident Manager
About The Position
Responsible for monitoring all multi-family units for compliance and enforcing house and parking rules. Assists the facilities department conduct entrance, exit and annual inspections, generate service requests as needed and follow up. Works with the multi-family community to enhance the quality of life for tenants in multi-family housing. Assists with creating and issuing violation notices to tenants for housing related incidents. Serves as liaison with Security Manager and local law enforcement in investigations. Serves as the liaison between the maintenance and leasing offices. Responsible for communicating with tenants in multi-family housing via email, texts, newsletters or direct mailings.
