About The Position

The Multi-Family Project Coordinator works directly with all levels of the Multi-Family team and clients to ensure multi-family clients achieve program goals from design phase through construction by collecting and disseminating information.

Requirements

  • ENERGY STAR Single Family New Homes
  • ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction
  • Zero Energy Ready Homes (Single Family and/or Multifamily)
  • RESNET or equivalent credentials preferred
  • Residential energy modeling experience is preferred
  • Strong interest in reducing building operating energy and improving the built environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to juggle tasks well and willingness to take on many different assignments
  • General proficiency with other online business technology platforms
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities effectively
  • Excellent time management and meeting deadlines
  • Accuracy in administrative tasks with an attention to detail
  • Ability to to comprehend interconnected information systems
  • Work effectively with a team and independently with limited supervision

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project timelines, scheduling, invoicing, collecting/entering project information,and project setup.
  • Keep accurate track of project invoicing by understanding Work Authorization invoicing schedule, work completed, and input Billing Building information into RaterHelper.
  • Facilitate information collection prior to kickoff call.
  • Facilitate scheduling of onsite inspections by communicating with the Scheduling Team and determining details sampling, what unit types, how many, which units, etc.
  • Set up and keep AXIS information up to date
  • Set up and keep Project Management tools up to date
  • Ensure clients receive correct certificates for projects in a timely manner.
  • Escalate positive and negative issues impacting your morale, MF colleagues morale, and the morale of the Field Inspectors you work with.
  • Report new opportunities to the Client Success team.
  • Proactively ask for feedback on how we are doing.
  • Ask for referrals on new projects.
  • Ability to work in an unsupervised environment and manage own tasks efficiently
