Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking candidates for our a Multi-Family Outside Sales Representative for the Dallas-Fort Worth Market Multi-Family Outside Sales Representative – DFW Territory Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (Field-Based) The Opportunity This role is built for a hunter. We’re hiring a Multi-Family Outside Sales Representative to aggressively grow our lumber, hardware, and building materials business across the DFW market. Compensation is heavily commission-based, designed for sales professionals who want their income tied directly to performance—not tenure. If you know how to break into multi-family projects early, build contractor loyalty, and turn relationships into repeat volume, this role can pay very well.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience in: Building materials Lumber yards Hardware supply Construction sales (multi-family strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt, close, and expand accounts
  • Comfortable working job sites and construction trailers
  • Strong negotiation skills and follow-through
  • Highly self-motivated and accountable
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout DFW

Responsibilities

  • Building and owning a multi-family sales pipeline across DFW
  • Prospecting and developing relationships with: Multi-family developers General contractors Project managers and site superintendents
  • Selling lumber, hardware, doors, and related building materials into ground-up and turn projects
  • Getting in early on projects—before bids are locked
  • Partnering with estimating, store teams, and operations to deliver competitive bids and flawless execution
  • Managing pricing, margin, and volume agreements within company guidelines
  • Maintaining CRM activity, forecasts, and opportunity tracking
  • Representing the company on jobsites with professionalism and credibility
