About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical in supporting daily operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete routine and emergency work orders.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks (PM Levels 1–3) on mixers, sheetlines, millroom, and coater lines.
- Lead or assist in projects driven by preventive maintenance reports, downtime analysis, or reliability initiatives.
- Support capital projects and continuous improvement efforts, including 6S initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and align maintenance activities with production needs.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation, ensure compliance with safety standards, and uphold a strong safety culture.
