About The Position

As a Multi-Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of four luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 75% clinical treatment and 25% clinic oversight of luxury senior living communities in Jacksonville. You will be working with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. Looking for a bigger change? Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy program.
• Minimum of 2 years in outpatient or senior care settings.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of PA.
