Openings We’re Filling CNC Milling CNC Turning (Lathe) CNC Grinding Multi‑axis machining (3, 4, or 5‑axis) Setup and/or programming roles (varies by opening) Role Snapshot Set up and run CNC machines to manufacture precision aerospace components Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and documented work instructions Conduct in‑process inspections with standard measurement tools Hold tight tolerances and follow aerospace quality standards Work independently or within a small team, depending on department

Requirements

• Professional CNC machining experience in production or job shop settings
• Demonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerances
• Keen attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with aerospace or other high‑precision parts strongly preferred
