Role: Precision 5-Axis CNC Machining Specialist — Pine Brook, NJ (3rd Shift) Picture your night: you arrive on third shift, review a traveler and blueprint for an aerospace component, confirm your offsets, run a first-piece, verify with inspection tools, and refine your G-code to squeeze out repeatable precision. Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience running CNC machining centers.
Background operating 5-axis CNC machines.
Familiarity with G-code programming and editing at the control.
Knowledge of part inspection and statistical process control (SPC).
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or formal apprenticeship is a plus.
Independent, self-starting work style and strong ownership of quality.
Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC production equipment following established procedures and work instructions.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to select, set up, and secure tooling and workholding.
Adjust machine parameters and tooling to meet tight specifications, on time and to standard.
Perform routine and continuous maintenance on machines and sub-systems to ensure uptime.
Support adjacent manufacturing activities as needed to keep production moving.
