Multi‑Axis CNC Programmer–Operator (Production) Is this you? Do you thrive holding tolerances to 0.0002 in and dialing in offsets until the CMM sings? Can you read complex blueprints, convert units in your head, and spot a tooling wear issue at a glance? Are you equally comfortable loading a program, editing a line, and proving out a first article? The work you’ll own Turn engineering drawings, sketches, and job instructions into precise setups and repeatable production on mills, lathes, grinders, machining centers, drill presses, and drill machines. Measure every critical feature using micrometers, calipers, height/bore/depth gages, and hand metrology best practices; rework parts when necessary. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production teammates to solve machining challenges and improve throughput. Adhere to ISO procedures and safety standards, including PPE use and hoist inspections. Keep the flow moving: route parts to the next operation, update locations in the system, and maintain work order covers, daily production sheets, status sheets, and quality records.
