About The Position

Is this you? Do you see toolpaths in your head and understand how a cutter moves through five axes? Can you read a routing and drawing, plan the sequence, and bring a complex setup to life? Are you comfortable verifying programs, dialing in offsets, and running multiple CNC mills at once? If so, Ace Precision wants to meet you in Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls, WI . What you’ll tackle Translate sketches, work instructions, and product specs into accurate setups, including dimensions, tolerances, and operational order. Set up, adjust, and operate 5-axis CNC milling centers; verify programs before and during production. Spot and solve issues fast—malfunctions, out-of-tolerance features, finish deviations—within defined limits. Run multiple machines to boost efficiency without compromising quality. Consistently hit exacting tolerances and finish targets on metallic parts. Inspect work using bore gages, rail gages, and ID/OD micrometers; document process behavior using SPC charts. What you bring High school diploma or GED. Minimum two (2) years of relevant machining experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant machining experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
