About The Position
Produce precision aerospace components by setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes, ensuring every part meets stringent quality and throughput goals.
Requirements
- Hands‑on CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe).
- Comfort working with aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, and similar aerospace alloys.
- Know‑how in tooling selection, speeds/feeds optimization, and precision measurement.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC equipment (milling and/or turning) in a production aerospace environment.
- Read blueprints with GD&T and confirm features with in‑process inspections.
- Apply tool offsets and make minor program edits to maintain capability and accuracy.
- Consistently achieve tight tolerances while keeping parts moving.
