About The Position

You will be the Mult Func Manufacturing Supv for the Manufacturing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective products on schedule in a fast‑paced environment. As the Mult Func Manufacturing Supv you will be responsible for leading a diverse group of technicians and support staff while partnering with engineering, quality, maintenance, facilities, and ESH to meet core performance metrics. Requirements

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.
• Working experience with assemblies, sheet metal, and machining processes.

• Monitor and report key performance indicators, ensuring corrective actions are timely and effective.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing ESH standards and fostering a culture of responsibility.
