Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict
• Good at following and creating procedures
• Strong Lean manufacturing / process improvement experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for use at all levels of the organization
• 3+ years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

• Hangar and flight operations experience
• Knowledge of government and company flight procedures
• Previous Military experience
• Advanced abilities with Microsoft Office products, SAP, Solumina
• Familiarity with aerospace industry
• Previous supervisor experience in a union environment
• Previous Sikorsky Experience
