About The Position

ITTConnect is seeking a Mulesoft Migration Coordinator specialist to work remotely for a client in the US. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. We are is seeking a seasoned MuleSoft Migration Coordinator to lead and manage the end-to-end migration/rollout of its DDP (Digital and Data Platform) sites. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in integration architecture, project coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on MuleSoft development. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Proven experience in migration projects from legacy systems to MuleSoft
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, ESB, and microservices architecture
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Background in warehouse management system integrations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop Schedule/Plan for Individual Locations aligned to DDP/WMX (Warehouse Management Excellence) plan
• Develop Resource Plan for rollout and adjust if differs from current staffing
• Create integration Rollout Runbook for Locations (names and dates)
• Coordinate and manage the Rollout PODs comprising MuleSoft Migration Leads and MuleSoft Developers for respective Front/Middle/Back Office tracks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies
• Monitor and report on migration progress, risks, and issues
