About The Position

At Talentus Global, we are looking for you! We are a U.S. company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20+ countries around the world. Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education. We are currently looking for a MuleSoft Integration Architect (Lead), to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies, with strong expertise in MuleSoft.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Deep understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid integration architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS) and API governance.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients

Nice To Haves

  • MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices across projects and teams.
  • Design API-led connectivity solutions, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers and engineers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to define integration strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of integration solutions.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce governance policies.
  • Manage and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, standards, and guidelines.
