About The Position

As required by our governmental client, this position requires an active Interim Secret clearance or higher or the ability to obtain and maintain an active Interim Secret clearance to qualify. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen to qualify. HESFP LLC a Cherokee Federal owned company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MuleSoft Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess multiple MuleSoft certifications, including MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate - MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional - MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 10 years of general work experience
  • Certifications in MuleSoft technologies as outlined above
  • Over 5 years of experience in integration architecture and development.
  • Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Design Center, and Runtime Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation, and API management.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance integration solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in MuleSoft technologies: MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate - MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional - MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
  • Extensive experience in software/system architecture design and development
  • Proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software/system architectures for complex enterprise applications using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
  • Lead the architectural design of MuleSoft integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients and provide guidance on system design and integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Develop strategies for system scalability, performance optimization, and security
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Stay current with MuleSoft updates and best practices, and ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of MuleSoft solutions, including deployment, configuration, and testing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices and methodologies.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
