Summary of Role: MTS Litho Process Engineer: We are seeking candidates for the position of Lithography Process Engineer with a strong passion for developing processes for new technology offerings and advanced manufacturing, to expand GF’s technology portfolio.
Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s, Masters or Ph.D Degree in electrical / electronic / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Chemical process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics or related field.
- Experience - Minimum 5 year of working experience in lithography process development.
- Skills- Knowledge and hands on experience with lithography tracks and exposure tools, resist materials, contact aligner printing.
- Travel - Up to 10%
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Nice To Haves
- Experience – Worked in 200mm fabrication facility.
- Experience- Broad knowledge in 200mm patterning processes, design, OPC, mask technology.
- Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning & organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across product development and process integration to determine and develop lithography based patterning processes.
- Develop and execute experiments to progress R&D projects in a 200mm High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) foundry environment.
- Collaborate with experts across GF fabs to promote sharing and learning across fabs
- Collaborate with Equipment Supplier to determine industry capabilities and evaluate options applicable to GF technology roadmap
- Follow up with cross-fab benchmarking activities to engage the best-in-class practices across fabs.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
