About The Position

You Are: The technical expert that No-IP's MSP partners depend on — troubleshooting DNS infrastructure, guiding platform implementations, and supporting the reliable connectivity their clients count on. Your Location: Your Location: You must be based in the Atlanta area The Position is Hybrid. 2 days in office, 3 days work from home Your Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours (flexibility as needed) Your Language Skills: English (Highly Proficient Written & Verbal) Your Manager: Jason, COO Your Contribution to No-IP: Support MSP partners via phone, email, and ticketing — troubleshooting DNS, networking, and platform issues Onboard and configure partners on domain management, DNS services, and network connectivity Diagnose DNS resolution issues, API integrations, reverse proxy tunnels, and platform connectivity Serve as SME for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) — secure remote connectivity, identity-aware policies, and multi-environment troubleshooting Provide best practices for firewalls, routing, and network segmentation Escalate complex issues to engineering and maintain knowledge base documentation You May Come From: Tier 2 Help Desk Technician MSP Support Engineer Network Support Specialist

Requirements

  • DNS (A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, MX), TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, SSL
  • Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Google Workspace; SAML, OAuth, OIDC
  • Zero Trust network models and endpoint access control
  • REST APIs, reverse proxy tunnels, platform integrations
  • Ticketing systems: Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, ConnectWise, Autotask

Nice To Haves

  • MSP environment experience; DNS filtering, RMM, SIEM familiarity
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
  • CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications

Responsibilities

  • Support MSP partners via phone, email, and ticketing — troubleshooting DNS, networking, and platform issues
  • Onboard and configure partners on domain management, DNS services, and network connectivity
  • Diagnose DNS resolution issues, API integrations, reverse proxy tunnels, and platform connectivity
  • Serve as SME for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) — secure remote connectivity, identity-aware policies, and multi-environment troubleshooting
  • Provide best practices for firewalls, routing, and network segmentation
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering and maintain knowledge base documentation
